Program Description
Event Details
The class will begin with easy Qi Gong movements to release physical tension and to regulate our breath. During the session, the instructor will guide you into a slow meditative breathing practice. You will need a pillow, a blanket, and a quiet spot.
Fee: $5 Advance online registration and online payment required.
Note: Registrants will be sent an email with Zoom meeting ID and passcode prior to the event.
