Reignite your practice by exploring the architecture of these eight yoga poses from the ground up.  By taking a deep dive into the anatomy of each pose, you will harness the subtle energy of your body to cultivate newfound strength, concentration, stamina and alignment through breath techniques for maximum benefits.
