Judy Blume’s beloved and classic coming-of-age novel has been adapted into a heartwarming and touching film.  Eleven-year-old Margaret Simon moves with her family from NYC to the suburbs of New Jersey just as she is beginning to navigate the challenges of adolescence – friendships, puberty and understanding her place in the world.  To address her fears, concerns, anxieties and hopes, Margaret begins to pray to God.  Margaret is seeking to define her spiritual beliefs as she examines both her Jewish and Christian roots as part of a school assignment.  It is a nostalgic look back at life in the 1970s.  Starring Rachel McAdams, Abby Ryder Fortson and Kathleen Bates.
