Based on the incredible true story of the theft of Goya's painting of the Duke of Wellington from The National Gallery in 1961 by 60-year old taxi driver Kempton Bunton. Kempton sent ransom notes saying that he would return the painting on condition that the government invested more in care for the elderly, including free television. What happened next became the stuff of legend in this uplifting tale. Directed by Roger Michell, the film stars Jim Broadbent and Dame Helen Mirren.
