I can’t sit still or quiet my brain for more than a minute…” However busy, fidgety, stressed, or skeptical you are, you can build a sustainable and effective meditation practice. Join us for an hour-long program to learn a variety of on-the-fly mediation and mindfulness
techniques that anyone can do, at any time, no matter what.
