New York’s five boroughs are a “melting pot” of over 200 nationalities, including Russian, Indonesian, Lebanese, and Moroccan, to name a few. This interactive presentation will explore New York City’s ethnic neighborhoods, with a focus on the food of each culture, along with handouts, questions, and prizes.
