E.C. Brolin, former Acting Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Energy, U.S. Department of Energy, is a nuclear engineer and an expert in the management of large, technically complex nuclear and non-nuclear programs in government and industry.  He will talk about our energy choices and will concentrate on nuclear power, including how the plants work, what the risks and benefits of nuclear power are, the issue of nuclear waste disposal and potential future developments.
