Quynh Nguyen, Piano (In Person)

Join us for an afternoon of classical music featuring the works of Mozart, Chopin and Messiaen with Vietnamese-American pianist Quynh Nguyen. She has been praised as "a musical and expressive player" who is "sensitive and poetic” by the Boston Globe. Quynh will perform the world premiere of a new piano concerto written by composer Paul Chihara with the Vietnamese National Symphony Orchestra at the Hanoi Opera House in October. This performance will be in commemoration of the 25^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United States and Vietnam. Registration required.
