Grades 1st-5th

Try your hand at carving scrimshaw, and create your own wintry scene. Learn how whalers carved teeth, bones and baleen into works of art. Sketch, carve, and ink a scrimshaw-style keepsake box. Presented by the Cold Spring Whaling Museum and Education Center.
