Event Details

In the early 1850s, wealthy New York merchants and landowners admired the public grounds of London and Paris. They argued that New York needed a comparable facility to establish its international reputation. We’ll learn how Central Park was created and recently restored to the beautiful place it is today. And, we’ll explore the many destinations that comprise the park.
