Improve and support overall health and well-being through the practice of yoga. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Tap dancing is a great way to develop musicality, timing and balance.  Join instructor Mary Castro as she helps students establish fundamental tap movements and combinations that progress into exciting dance routines.

Come hear the fast-paced story of the Gingerbread Baby then build your own stuffed puppy named Ginger! *Pre-registration required.

Come learn some tips and tricks that will make working in Word and Excel a lot easier. The last half hour of class will then be devoted to answering questions you may have regarding either program.
