Warm up with essential oils. Each participant will create two products to take home with them, including a Warming Spice Solid Perfume, and a Cardamom and Coffee Salt Scrub.
Improve and support overall health and well-being through the practice of yoga. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

This class is designed for students who do not speak English or who know very little English. We will practice reading, listening and speaking skills. This class is for adults only. Please register in advance.
