Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind/body self-healing practice of slow and graceful movements accompanied by deep breathing that improves balance, slows down the aging process, and reduces stress. This gentle form of moving meditation is suitable for all ages. Wear comfortable clothing. Advance registration and non-refundable payment required.

Fee: $30. Advance online registration and online payment only.
