Strengthen muscles, support bone health, and improve balance through the practice of yoga. This gentle class is suitable for all levels and incorporates a variety of postures, some standing with the support of a chair.

This class is designed for students who do not speak English or who know very little English. We will practice reading, listening and speaking skills. This class is for adults only. Please register in advance.
