Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind/body self-healing practice of slow and graceful movements accompanied by deep breathing that improves balance, slows down the aging process, and reduces stress.

Try your hand at some wintry weather as we make homemade snow. *Pre-registration required.

Help Librarian Mayra complete a variety of tasks, including digitizing, transcribing and organizing archival materials associated with Southampton history in Local History Room.

A beginner-friendly class that covers the essentials of Microsoft Excel, including navigating the interface, creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and organizing data for personal or professional use. Instructor: Stephen Burg.

The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center is a Long Island-based social service agency that works with families impacted by Alzheimer's Disease or another dementia.

Enjoy a friendly game of mahjong with friends and neighbors. Two mahjong sets available. For additional sets, feel free to bring your own. No instructor onsite.
