Program Description

Event Details

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating session of gentle movement, restorative poses, reiki, breath awareness, and meditation.  Wear comfortable clothing.  You will need two blankets; and a bolster, if you have one.

Advance online registration and online payment only.

Note: Patrons will be contacted the day before with Zoom meeting id and password.
