Strengthen muscles, support bone health, and improve balance through the practice of yoga. This gentle class is suitable for all levels and incorporates a variety of postures, some standing with the support of a chair. Wear comfortable clothing.
Fee: $45. Advance online registration and online payment only.
The class will be offered in person with a live streaming option available on Zoom.
