Event Details

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind/body self-healing practice of slow and graceful movements accompanied by deep breathing that improves balance, slows down the aging process, and reduces stress. This gentle form of moving meditation is suitable for all ages. Wear comfortable clothing.

Advance online registration and payment required.  Fee: $18 for the series  Size Limit: 30
