Tap dancing is a great way to develop musicality, timing and balance.  Join instructor Mary Castro as she helps students establish fundamental tap movements and combinations that progress into exciting dance routines.

Get out your green and get ready for some fun as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day with stories, snacks, trivia, then we'll make some Leprechaun "Bait." *Pre-registration required.

Discover practical tips and shortcuts to help you work more efficiently in Word and Excel. The final half hour of the class will be dedicated to answering your questions and addressing specific tasks or challenges in either program.

Please join us for a 20-minute session to sit still and practice the kind of deep breathing that fosters calm well-being and can improve our health and our outlook.

The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center is a Long Island-based social service agency that works with families impacted by Alzheimer's Disease or another dementia.
