Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind/body self-healing practice of slow and graceful movements accompanied by deep breathing that improves balance, slows down the aging process, and reduces stress.

Enjoy a game of canasta with friends and neighbors.  Decks of cards provided. No instructor onsite.

Stay organized and decorate a wooden organizer for your phone, remote control, or pens and pencils.  *Pre-registration required.

Help Librarian Mayra complete a variety of tasks, including digitizing, transcribing and organizing archival materials associated with Southampton history in Local History Room.

Drop in anytime between 10:00 am and noon for conversation over coffee and snacks in the Bookmark Cafe. Card and board games will be available for anyone interested. Anyone over 55 will receive 50% off all coffee and food.

Improve and support overall health and well-being through the practice of yoga. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Tap dancing is a great way to develop musicality, timing and balance.  Join instructor Mary Castro as she helps students establish fundamental tap movements and combinations that progress into exciting dance routines.
